A group of nine NCC cadets from Apeejay School, Model Town, Jalandhar, completed the CATC-40 Annual Training Camp organised under the 2 Punjab Battalion NCC Unit. The achievement marked an important step in their NCC journey and reflected their commitment to discipline and structured training.

The cadets were awarded certificates after completing the camp. The recognition acknowledged the effort, perseverance, and regular participation they displayed during the training period.

Learning through discipline

NCC camps are designed to help cadets understand the value of discipline, teamwork, and responsibility. The training required them to follow a routine, work with others, and remain focused on assigned tasks.

For the nine cadets, completing the camp was not only about receiving a certificate. It also meant learning how to stay committed during a demanding schedule. Their participation showed the importance of patience, self-control, and steady effort.

Such experiences often help students become more confident and independent. They learn to manage their time, follow instructions, and support their team. These lessons can also guide them in their academic and personal lives.

A step forward in their journey

The achievement brought a sense of pride to Apeejay School, Model Town. It also highlighted the role of NCC in helping students develop qualities that go beyond the classroom.

The cadets’ dedication and perseverance during the camp were commendable. Their successful completion of CATC-40 reflected the values of the NCC and its guiding spirit of Unity and Discipline.

As the cadets continue their NCC journey, the training camp will remain an important learning experience. It has allowed them to understand the meaning of commitment and collective effort.

The certificates recognise what they have achieved so far, but the larger value lies in the habits they have developed. With continued discipline and determination, the cadets can build on this experience and bring further laurels to their school and the nation.
