Of course! I have always wished to be part of the IT industry and the company would be Amazon for sure. I aspire to bring a change in this sector by helping other girls or females in being a part of the tech sector as it can be a cup of everybody’s tea if one wishes to.

What steps can an IT organisation take to attract more women in the sector?

The IT sector should hire more and more women and provide them training via a variety of tech-based courses to enhance their knowledge and thinking abilities

What steps do you take to build your technical skills?

I definitely read the current tech-related news and articles to know about the latest trends in this industry.  Moreover, I keep on doing some online courses that help me to further enhance my technical knowledge and skills like on Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, etc.  Additionally, I feel it’s important to have practical experience of using various new softwares.
