MCC revises NEET UG round 1 counselling seat allotment result date

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has revised the release date for the NEET UG round one seat allotment results. The results for the undergraduate MBBS admission will be released on August 21. Earlier, the results were scheduled to be released on August 20. Students can check and download the seat allotment results on the official website mcc.nic.in. 

Once the seat allotment is released, shortlisted students will have to report to the designated college between August 21 and 31. The verification of the candidates and their documents will be done by the medical institutes or colleges from September 1. 

The Counselling Committee has offered 31,728 MBBS, BDS, and BSc seats for NEET UG counselling 2026. Here is how students can access the seat allotment results:

Step 1: Visit the official website–mcc.nic.in

Step 2: Open the UG Counselling section

Step 3: Go the current events section of the page

Step 4: Then click on the NEET UG round one seat allotment results 2026

Step 5: A PDF file will be opened and using your All India Rank you can check whether your name is mentioned on the list

Step 6: Download the list for future references. 

Recently, the Committee published the list of candidates eligible for admission based on the NRI quota. MCC selected a total of 731 candidates for both MBBS and BDS rounds of admission. 

These students must produce their documents at the designated facility. If students fail to produce the original documents on time, their admission will be cancelled.
