Manisha Sharma, a teacher in a government school, says she always recommends Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri, to other parents. According to the mother-of-two, what makes the school unique is its efforts to encourage comprehensive learning in children. Manisha’s son Tarun Sharma and daughter Manvi Sharma study in classes 4 and 5 respectively. Read on to know more about her experience:

Why did you choose Apeejay Charkhi Dadri for your kids?

Some of my colleagues’ children were studying at Apeejay Charkhi Dadri. I was quite impressed to see how well the children were groomed—the school focused on their all-round development. This encouraged me to enroll both my children in the school, in pre-nursery.

Now that your children have been in the school for some years, would you say your perception of Apeejay was right?

Absolutely, I am very satisfied with the school. In fact, I recommend Apeejay to any other parent that I meet in Charkhi Dadri.

What kind of development have you seen in your children?

The school has helped improve my children’s communication skills in English. Besides, they take part in all kinds of activities, whether in class or at an inter-school level. I quite appreciate how Apeejay gives ample exposure to students in various fields through these activities, from dance to theatre, music, recitation, storytelling, and more. The same continued even in the online classes.

Do teachers encourage and support every child?

The teachers are very cooperative and make children feel very comfortable. They give personal attention to every child. My children have developed a sense of friendship with their teachers. In fact, the teachers are available for addressing parents’ queries at all times.

Have your children ever felt overburdened with studies?

Not at all. The timetable is very well-designed. Never have I seen my children overburdened with homework—they are also able to take out time to pursue their hobbies besides studying. They happily manage their work on their own.

Are your children being taught good values and etiquette?

Yes, whether it is inculcating good values or discipline, the school takes care of all the aspects to build children’s overall personality.
