In a remarkable step towards global learning and international exposure, 38 students and four teachers from Apeejay School, Saket participated in the enriching “MGIMO Days” programme held at the Russian House, New Delhi. The visit provided students with a unique opportunity to explore global education, diplomacy, and international career pathways while interacting with distinguished members of the Russian diplomatic community.

The programme proved to be an intellectually stimulating experience for students, exposing them to discussions on international relations, higher education opportunities, and the growing significance of global diplomacy in today’s interconnected world. Through engaging interactions and insightful sessions, students gained a deeper understanding of how diplomacy functions and the role educational institutions play in shaping global leadership.

One of the key highlights of the visit was the interaction with members of the Russian diplomatic community, who shared valuable perspectives on international cooperation, cultural exchange, and emerging academic opportunities. The discussions encouraged students to think beyond traditional career choices and explore possibilities in diplomacy, global governance, foreign languages, international relations, and cross-cultural communication.

The “MGIMO Days” programme also introduced students to global education prospects, helping them understand how international institutions support academic excellence, research, and leadership development. Such exposure is particularly meaningful for young learners, as it broadens their worldview and encourages them to aspire for opportunities beyond geographical boundaries.

For many students, the event served as an inspiring platform to better understand the importance of cultural diplomacy and international engagement in shaping the future. The programme also fostered curiosity about global issues and motivated students to think critically about their role as future global citizens.

Accompanied by four teachers, the students actively participated in discussions and interactive sessions, making the experience both educational and engaging. The faculty members ensured meaningful participation and encouraged students to reflect on the learnings gained through the programme.

Acknowledging students’ for this achievement, Dr. Sujeet Eric Masih, Principal, Apeejay School, Saket, said, Kudos dear student. Keep gaining varied experiences.”
