What hobbies or interests do you enjoy pursuing?
One of my biggest passions is playing badminton. It began as a hobby but grew into something I truly enjoy dedicating time to. I have proudly played at the state level, and the sport has taught me discipline, focus, and sportsmanship. Though I love playing, I still prioritise academics for my future career.
How did you feel upon receiving the prestigious award?
I was genuinely overjoyed. It was my first-ever attempt at applying for this award, and receiving it on the very first try made the achievement even more special. I felt grateful, proud, and encouraged to continue embodying human values in my daily life. My family was happier than me, honestly! They were extremely proud and excited. Their joy made the moment even more memorable and motivated me to keep working hard and staying true to the values they’ve taught me.
What do human values mean to you personally?
To me, human values mean treating everyone with respect, regardless of their age, background, or position. It’s about kindness, fairness, and ensuring that no one feels discriminated against. Human values form the foundation of good character and healthy relationships.
What values have you developed through your journey so far?
Over the years, I have imbibed values like resilience, honesty, respectfulness, and the ability to stay calm during challenges. These values guide my decisions and help me remain sincere and disciplined in both academics and everyday life.
Which core value would you like to adopt from the teachings of Dr Stya Paul?
I strongly admire discipline, a value deeply rooted in Dr Stya Paul’s philosophy. I believe discipline shapes character, strengthens commitment, and helps individuals stay focused on meaningful goals.
What makes Apeejay School, Model Town, special to you?
For me, the most special part of my school is the dedicated staff and teachers. Their hard work, constant guidance, and genuine support for every student create a nurturing environment that motivates us to grow, learn, and excel.
How do you help spread good values among your friends and peers?
I always try to encourage my friends, classmates, and even family members to follow human values. If someone is doing something discouraging or going against good conduct, I gently point it out and guide them. I believe small reminders can create positive change.
