Read edited excerpts:

Looking back from nursery till class 12, what are the biggest memories or moments from school that still stay with you today?

There are a lot of memories that still stay with me — annual days, sports days, classroom fun with friends, and all the small moments that made school life special. One of the biggest moments for me was scoring 96.4% and topping my school in 12th. It was honestly one of the proudest moments for me and my family, and the best way my school life could have ended.

How do you think studying in the same school for so many years shaped your personality, friendships, and confidence?

Being in the same school all these years gave me a real sense of comfort and stability. I had my close group of friends and we just grew together and there was never any pressure to fit in or prove yourself. It gave me the space to grow at my own pace, and looking back, I think that’s what helped me become more sure of myself over time.

How did the teachers help you as you grew up through different classes?

My teachers played a very important role in my school journey. Since they had seen me grow up over the years ,they kind of just knew me. They always encouraged me to do better and supported me whenever I felt stressed or doubtful about myself. Their guidance, especially during 11th and 12th helped me keep going even when I felt like I couldn’t.

Was there a school activity that had a major impact on your life or career choices? Why?

I was mostly into art activities— like calligraphy and other creative competitions. I really enjoyed it. And I think what those activities gave me without me even realising was this habit of being patient and paying attention to the small details. Like you can’t rush calligraphy, it has to be just right. I feel that mindset has kind of stuck with me and I think it shows in how I approach things even now. It helped me become calmer, more focused, and more confident in my own skills

After spending almost your entire childhood in one school, what emotions did you feel while leaving, and what will you miss the most?

Leaving school felt very emotional because it just hit me that something I’d known my whole life was suddenly over.I was excited for the future, but at the same time it was difficult to accept that the routine I had followed for so many years was ending. What I’ll miss the most are the small everyday things like seeing familiar faces every morning, sitting with friends in class, and just that familiar feeling you don’t really get everywhere.
