Mrs. Charu Arora is a teacher by profession. She runs her coaching institute for senior secondary students and teaches them economics. Her husband Mr. Ankit Arora is a Project Manager at Wipro. Both their children are Apeejay International School, Greater Noida students. Her younger son Aryaman Arora has recently joined the school in Kindergarten, while her elder son Aarav Arora is in class 7.

In a brief interview with Apeejay Newsroom, Mrs. Arora speaks about the admission procedure during her second child’s admission and lists her reasons for choosing the school for the second time. Read edited excerpts:

Are both the children performing well at school?

Both kids are performing excellently at school. I have seen a tremendous improvement in their behaviour and confidence level. My elder son Aarav is fond of Science and Math. He also plays cricket at school. My younger one, Aryaman, is enjoying himself in Kindergarten. He tells me that he likes to play football with his classmates.

Was the recent admission process smooth for the younger child?

The admission process was extremely easy and I must mention that the school staff was very friendly. On the very first day, they made a connection with my child. I saw that they gelled up very well with all the kids in general.  They were very friendly with my son and gradually my child opened up to them and told them about himself. This is a great quality I observed about the school and its staff.

What was the admission criteria?

We filled the admission form which was followed by an interaction with the school Principal and then with an interview of the child. That was all there was to it.

Would you like to recommend the school to other parents?

Definitely! I am certainly going to recommend this school to other parents. It is a safe place for learning and growing.

Your elder son has been in the school for some years and now the youngest has also joined, so what do you like the most about this school?

I find everything good about the school. But what I find as the most special attribute, is the connection between the child and the teacher. They gel-up very well and no extra assistance from the parent is required. The teacher takes care of everything.

The emotional attachment is the best thing about the school. When you are emotionally attached to the teacher, you will listen to their words, follow their advice and progress in all spheres. I see this in Apeejay International School, Greater Noida.
