The spirit of leadership, responsibility, and excellence came alive at Apeejay School, Model Town, during the Investiture Ceremony 2026, held with great enthusiasm and dignity on the school campus. The event marked the formal inauguration of the newly elected student council and celebrated the values of discipline, commitment, and service that student leaders are expected to uphold.
The ceremony commenced on a graceful and auspicious note with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolising the triumph of knowledge over ignorance and the beginning of a new chapter filled with hope and positivity. The atmosphere was filled with pride and anticipation as students, teachers, and parents gathered to witness the inspiring occasion.
The school was honoured to welcome Shri Navdeep Singh, PCS, SDM Jalandhar-I, as the Chief Guest for the ceremony. His esteemed presence added immense significance to the event and served as a source of inspiration for the young leaders. The Chief Guest received a warm and eco-friendly green welcome, reflecting the school’s commitment to sustainability and thoughtful hospitality.
Adding a spiritual and cultural touch to the programme, students presented a soulful invocation dance that beautifully invoked blessings for wisdom, strength, and success. The mesmerising performance captivated the audience and set a serene tone for the proceedings that followed.
