NTA issues exam calendar for 2026-27 session

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released its tentative exam calendar for the academic year 2026-27. The calendar lists 14 major national-level entrance and eligibility examinations to be held between December 2026 and March 2027. The schedule has been published on the official website — nta.nic.in. 

NTA has clarified that the dates are tentative and subject to change. Candidates are advised to check the official websites of respective exams for final dates, application deadlines and admit cards. The calendar covers key exams including JEE Main 2027, CUET UG 2027, UGC NET December 2026, CSIR UGC NET, CMAT and others.

RIMC (Rashtriya Indian Military College) Entrance: December 6, 2026

SWAYAM Examination: December 8 to 12, 2026

RMS (Rashtriya Military School) Entrance: December 13, 2026

UGC NET December Session: December 14 to 18 and December 21, 2026

CSIR UGC NET December Session: December 20 and 21, 2026

January 2027: JEE Main and Other Entrance Tests

Army Cadets College (ACC): January 4, 2027

SHRESHTA-NETS and NIFT Entrance Examination: January 10, 2027

JEE Main 2027 Session 1: January 22 to 24 and January 28 to 30, 2027

All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE): January 31, 2027 

February and March 2027: CMAT, NITTT and CUET UG

CMAT 2027: February 7, 2027

NITTT, Parts 1 and 2: February 26 and 27, and March 5 and 7, 2027

CUET UG 2027: March 1 to 5, March 8, March 12 to 20, and March 24 and 25, 2027
