The recent World Heritage Day assembly at Apeejay School, Noida, was marked as a vibrant and meaningful celebration led by the young learners of Balvatika 3B. The event beautifully reflected the spirit of cultural awareness and responsibility, brought to life through the enthusiastic participation of the students.    

The assembly commenced with a warm introduction, setting the tone for a thoughtful exploration of the significance of heritage. The highlight of the programme was a delightful skit performed by the students, which creatively showcased the importance of preserving our rich cultural and historical legacy. Their confident expressions and engaging storytelling captured the attention of the audience and conveyed a powerful message in a simple yet impactful manner.

Adding to the charm of the event was a lively dance performance that infused the assembly with energy and joy. The young performers, dressed in colourful attire, expressed their love for heritage through graceful movements and cheerful expressions, making the presentation both entertaining and memorable.

Beyond the performances, the assembly served as an educational experience for all present. It sensitised students to the value of heritage and emphasised the need to protect and preserve it for future generations. The message resonated strongly, reinforcing the role of young citizens in safeguarding their cultural roots.

The assembly concluded on a heartfelt note with a special pledge. With their right hands placed on their hearts, the students collectively promised, “We love our heritage. We protect our heritage.”
