AI gives new opportunities to grow and transform businesses of all sizes and capture the benefits of innovation right across the UK. The national strategy focuses on four key areas.
Investing in AI research and development: The UK government is committed to investing in AI research and development. The government will invest £1.5 billion in AI research and development over the next five years. This will support the development of new AI technologies and applications.
