As a lawyer, one must be able to find and analyse relevant statutes, case law, regulations, and other legal documents. One must be able to identify relevant information and consider how it might apply to a specific case or situation.”

In addition to legal research, having an analytical bent of mind enables lawyers to synthesise information, identify relevant details, and build strong legal arguments.
