Dealing effectively with students at school requires a balanced approach that combines empathy, discipline, and engagement. “These teachers here praise effort and progress rather than just the innate ability of students. They focus on the learning process and the value of persistence and demonstrate a growth mindset in their teaching practices,” shares Meenakshi Mahajan whose son Dushyant studies in class VI at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri.
Read on to learn what this mother has to say about this esteemed school.
Why did you select Apeejay for admission?

First, Apeejay is a brand in itself in Charkhi Dadri. When we were looking for an apt school for our child, this school held the oldest and the greatest legacy. Second, the faculty and facilities are also good here.
How are the teachers here?
English teachers are from an elite background here which is appreciable. My son could hone his communication skills in this subject because of the teachers only. Even during PTMs, the staff listens to us patiently to find proper solutions to our problems.
How has Dushyant’s journey been so far?
My son joined this school in class I and so far it has been a memorable journey. If I compare his progress with other kids from other schools, my son is definitely at par. He is an academically oriented child and is always keen to learn more.
Do you agree that school is the second home for a child?
I can say that school is the second home for my children. Apart from focusing on studies, the teachers here are fulfilling their duty as guardians by looking after children’s comfort and adjustment too. I remember once my son got hurt while playing at school so the teachers gave timely medical attention to him before informing us.
