Students of Apeejay School, Kharghar, delivered an impressive performance at the DSO Boxing Tournament 2026, securing 12 medals across different categories. Held at Ramsheth Thakur College of Commerce and Science in Panvel, the tournament saw the young boxers demonstrate their skills, discipline, and determination. Their collective achievement included four gold, three silver, and five bronze medals.

The results marked a significant sporting achievement for the school, reflecting the students’ commitment to the sport and the efforts that went into their preparation.

Four gold medals lead the tally

Harsh Dhankhar, Atreya Sadala, Utkarsh Bisht, and Arnav Rout secured gold medals, contributing four victories to the school’s overall tally. Their performances reflected the focus and determination required to compete in boxing.

The silver medals were won by Bhupendra Choudhary, Nivedh Sharma, and Aarav Ingawale. Each contributed to the school’s success through their performance in the tournament.

The bronze medal winners included Abhita Shelke, Rudraksh Goti, Shaurya Layam, Shaurya Sharma, and Arnav Kumar. With five bronze medals, the students added further strength to the school’s overall achievement.

A collective effort behind the success

Beyond the individual medals, the tournament highlighted the importance of discipline, perseverance, and sporting spirit. The students’ achievements also reflected the consistent guidance and encouragement they received from the school’s Physical Education Department, coaches, and parents.
