‘Inaaya was just 3 when I enrolled her at Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, such is my faith in the school’

Pooja Kalra is a homemaker and the mother of Inaaya Kalra, a UKG student at Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, Jalandhar. Devrishi Kalra, her husband is a businessman in the sports goods industry. In a brief interview, Mrs. Kalra mentions how as an Apeejay alumnus herself, she wanted her daughter to benefit from the grooming that Apeejay institutions provide to students. Edited excerpts:   

Why did you choose Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld for your child’s admission?

I have done my Masters in Commerce from the Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar. I wanted my child to be groomed in a similar way in which I was groomed. So, I chose Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld for my child. When it comes to the education of little kids, Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld is the best in Jalandhar.

Please tell us a bit about Inaaya and take us through her progress at school?

Inaaya as a child has a very open nature. She loves to talk and mix with people. She is doing very well at school. She has good speaking skills and writing skills. Inaaya was only 3 when I sent her to Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld. So, that speaks for how much faith I have in the school. Inaaya is proficient in every subject, be it English, Hindi, Environmental Studies or Maths. She is a very intelligent girl and has no weakness in any subject. Among the activities in school, she cherishes painting and also loves to dance a lot.

Are the teachers engaging well with the students?

The teachers are such hard workers. The way they teach the children in the online classes, we as parents can’t teach them in the same way. I would like to thank Ritu ma’am, the class teacher of UKG-A. She listens to each and every question of every student. She is perfect in every way as a teacher.

What is the best thing about Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld?

Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld has helped our child in a very good manner. The school has helped her learn to speak and write. The school also helps us parents in every manner possible. They listen to our point and value our feedback.

How has the experience of the online classes been so far?

Inaaya has attended all the classes in the online mode so far. She has performed very well in all her classes. The teachers have taught in a great manner. Overall, it was a very good experience for Inaaya. She is very happy with her classes. Though I must mention that sometimes, she does feel a bit bored but due to the pandemic, one doesn’t have the option of offline classes at the school.
