CBSE Class 10 Board Exam Analysis: ‘The students could attempt all questions well’

According to an educationist at Apeejay School, Noida, the Hindi class X exam paper was well-balanced with nothing out of the syllabus

The class X CBSE Board exam for Hindi was conducted on February 21, 2024. The three-hour duration exam was divided into two parts – theory which consisted of 80 marks and internal assessment of 20 marks, making it a total of 100 marks.

The Hindi theory paper of 18 questions is further divided into:

MCQs of 40 marks

Descriptive for 40 marks

According to Ms Ruby Bhatnagar, HoD, Hindi at Apeejay School, Noida the analysis of this year’s Hindi class X Board exam is as follows:

·        Hindi question papers of previous years and this year have been made keeping in mind all types of students. The standard of the question paper is very good.

·        The question paper was very balanced. Students were able to do it. It was as per the level of students.

·        Students were happy after attempting the question. They were quite comfortable as nothing was there which they couldn’t attempt.

·        As per the prescribed syllabus all four topics: Padbandh, Vaakya Sanrachna, Samaas, Muhavre– were covered with proper weightage.

·        Question paper was well-balanced and as per the standard of the students

·        The question paper is designed so students can score full marks in MCQs. Also if descriptive answers are written carefully then they can score very good marks easily. Nothing is out of the syllabus.
