With proper planning even the most difficult tasks can be executed successfully, said the 10 year old. This young prodigy is currently basking in the glory for getting promoted to class V now in Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg. “My parents are like the wind beneath my wings. They both used to sit down with me and taught me all the subjects and helped me to understand the concepts better. They even solved any problems that I faced in my studies,” Niya shared.

Upon asking her favourite subjects, Niya is quick to state Math and English. “My most favourite teachers in the school are Anila ma’am and Deepa ma’am. They teach me Math and English,” said the young one. She has also been actively involved in other extracurricular activities like painting, lawn tennis, singing amongst many others.

“I love to paint in acrylic and I mostly draw nature and environment sceneries. I also love to play badminton and tennis and have recently joined a sports academy to hone my skills. I believe that I just have one life and want to explore the maximum in this lifetime,” quips the 10-year-old.

“During my idle time I love to spend time with my siblings. My most favourite part of the day is the daily bonding sessions with my sisters. All three of us indulge in shenanigans until we are scolded by our grandparents,” Niya shared laughingly.

On a concluding note, Niya shares her daily routine that consists of waking up at 6 am daily during school days. “I reach school by 7:15 am daily because I always want to sit at the front bench in my class. After returning home around 2 pm, I eat lunch and go out to play with my friends. In between I want to eat kadhi-chawal daily. Finally I hit the bed by 10 pm.”
