Students inspired to dive into agricultural entrepreneurship after an enlightening lecture

In a captivating lecture held at the college auditorium of Pusa Krishi Company, students were
immersed in the world of entrepreneurship and agricultural innovation. The session, titled
“Entrepreneurship and Agricultural Entrepreneurship in India,” aimed to shed light on the
immense potential, challenges, and significance of entrepreneurship in India’s agricultural
landscape.

Renowned expert Manisha Mam led the discourse, drawing from her extensive experience in
both agriculture and entrepreneurship. With profound insights into academia and practical
entrepreneurial endeavors, Manisha Mam guided students through a comprehensive exploration of the subject matter.

● Initiating Entrepreneurship: The session commenced with a primer on entrepreneurship, emphasising its broader scope beyond mere business establishment. Essential entrepreneurial qualities such as creativity, risk-taking, resilience, and adaptability were
underscored.

● Significance in Agriculture: Delving deeper, the discourse elaborated on why
entrepreneurship is indispensable in agriculture. Beyond conventional farming, it addresses critical issues like food security, rural development, and sustainability,
