Be it academics, art and craft or sports, students of Apeejay School, Faridabad, Sector 15 know very well how to balance everything and ace it all. Let us know about two such students, as they share details about their journey of all-round excellence.

Lakshaya Gupta, who recently got promoted to class 8, says that his heart finds joy and peace in Science and English the most. He mentions, “I love Science and English the most. In English, I really enjoy reading poems and short stories. I love reading Rudyard Kipling’ stories, I think he is simply great. And in Science, the chapter of physical and chemical changes interests me the most.”

The young boy is also a sports fan. He is skilled in both indoor and outdoor games. “I like playing carrom when it comes to the indoor sports in school and when it comes to the field, football fills my heart with delight. However, I also pay equal attention inside the classroom. All the teachers explain everything very well. I follow their advice and study regularly and revise everything in detail before the exams. That way, I feel no pressure or fear of forgetting. Indeed, practice increases the confidence levels.”

While Lakshaya is more into sporting activities, Vidhi Gupta, an equally brilliant class 8 student, aces the combination of academics and arts. She mentions that art is her favourite activity. “I love to draw and paint. It gives me a great satisfaction to speak through colours and designs and express myself on the canvas. I also love to study though and Social Studies mesmerises me the most among all subjects. Geography and History are so interesting. Countries and their capitals, states and their capitals, to know all this and more about the world is a great joy to my curious spirit.”

She adds, “All my teachers are so friendly. They constantly motivate me, solve my doubts as many times as I ask and guide me in many things. I follow their suggestions, hence for the exams, I start preparing one month early and make a timetable and accordingly pick every subject one by one. ”

Clearly, when it comes to education, Apeejay School, Faridabad, Sector 15 believes in leaving no stone unturned to channelise the potential of every student towards something constructive.
