Summer camps play a vital role in a child’s development by offering a balanced mix of learning and fun. They foster creativity, build confidence, enhance social skills, and promote physical fitness in an engaging, supportive environment.
The much-anticipated Summer Camp 2025 at Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park, commenced with immense excitement and vibrant energy. Students arrived on campus brimming with enthusiasm, ready to embrace a day full of learning, fun, and discovery.
The day began with a dynamic start as students participated in various sports activities, including basketball, football, and skating. Guided by expert coaches, the young campers practised foundational skills and enjoyed friendly matches and drills. The sessions not only encouraged physical fitness but also highlighted the importance of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
As the sun climbed higher, the camp transitioned into a burst of creativity. The art workshop offered a lively and colourful atmosphere where students expressed their imagination through painting. With brushes in hand and ideas flowing, they created beautiful pieces of artwork, each reflecting their unique perspective and joy.
Simultaneously, the calligraphy corner provided a quiet retreat for those drawn to the elegance of handwriting. Children concentrated deeply as they learned the strokes and curves of graceful lettering, discovering both patience and precision in the process.
In the ever-popular robotics workshop, students were introduced to the fascinating world of technology. With hands-on activities involving simple circuits and basic robotic concepts, the young learners explored STEM in a fun and engaging way. Their eyes sparkled with curiosity as they built, tested, and observed their creations come to life.
Meanwhile, the public speaking session offered a platform for students to overcome stage fright and build communication skills. Through storytelling and expressive speaking activities, children gained confidence and learned the power of words and expression.
