In an exhilarating display of athleticism and determination, the Junior Girls’ Volleyball team of Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park in Delhi clinched the silver medal in the highly competitive Zonal Volleyball Match held in early September. The event, hosted at Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya, Soami Nagar, witnessed spirited competition from various schools, showcasing the talent and zeal of budding athletes.
The participants included Prachi (class XI-D), Soumya Dagar (class XI-B), Venya Sharma (class XI-D), Harshita Gautam (class XI-D), Vipassana (class XI-C), Pranati Kapoor (class XI-B), Avni Chauhan (class XI-B), Ria Tomar (class XI-C), Jahanvi Dave (class IX-B) and Avantika (class IX-B).
The journey to this commendable achievement was marked by unwavering dedication and rigorous training. The team’s performance is a testament to the immense benefits of sports in a student’s life.
