In a remarkable display of academic excellence and dedication, the students of Apeejay School International (ASI), Panchsheel Park achieved outstanding results in the Middle Years Programme (MYP) exam. The average score obtained by ASI certificate students outshined the global average, a feat that speaks volumes about the school’s teaching methodologies and the students’ dedication to educational excellence.
Among the many shining stars, four exceptional students achieved a perfect score of 7 out of 7, an accomplishment that places them at the pinnacle of merit. Notably, this is the first set of results for the school and its students were e-assessed by the International Baccalaureate Board.
The MYP is an academically rigorous and internationally recognised programme designed for students aged 11 to 16 years. It fosters a holistic approach to learning by promoting critical thinking, creativity, and active participation in the community.

The success of the students is a testament to the institute’s commitment to providing quality education and nurturing well-rounded individuals. Securing a perfect score in the MYP is an arduous task that demands unwavering dedication, resilience, and a thirst for knowledge. And, these students’ exemplary performance not only reflects their individual brilliance but also showcases their educators’ commitment to nurturing excellence.
According to Vaishnavi Chaudhary, the topper of the batch, “The exams are subjective, therefore, I could not predict my scores. But I am delighted to be able to do well.” The student followed a thorough approach for acing subjects like Mathematics, French, I&S, Science and Visual Arts. In future, she hopes to pursue Bio-tech.
Sharing her success mantra, Vaishnavi says, “I tried my best to learn as much as possible in the school. Besides, I solved all the queries with my educators. I also researched a lot from different resources and made detailed notes. My suggestion to juniors is to include command terms in your answers to score well.” In addition to this, she recommends practicing linguistic scripts on the keyboard for sailing through e-assessments.
Truly, the journey towards success was not an easy one as it required countless hours of studying, intensive research, and an undying passion for learning. The students have demonstrated the true essence of perseverance and determination, motivating their peers and inspiring the school community.

“Congratulations, MYP Class of 2023! Your excellent results are a testament to your dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to excellence. As you soar to new heights, remember that the pursuit of knowledge knows no bounds. Keep reaching for the stars, for your brilliance illuminates the path to a bright and promising future.”
-Mr Purshottam Dutt Vasisht, Principal, Apeejay School International, Panchsheel Park
The school’s staff too played a crucial role in guiding the students throughout their academic journey. Their unwavering support, mentorship, and encouragement have undoubtedly contributed to the students’ exceptional performance.
Moreover, the parents’ unwavering support, understanding, and belief in their children’s abilities have played an integral role in helping the students overcome challenges and excel in their studies. The collaborative effort between the school, students, and parents has been a key factor in achieving these stellar MYP results.
As per Nia Meghan Lobo, the second topper of the batch, “The time I spent revising my lessons have been fruitful. Through subjects like Design and Mathematics, I learnt crucial skills like problem-solving and structurising.” She hopes to pursue Science at some point. Sharing her tips for others, she says, “Solve previous year papers and stay open to learning from all sources possible. From field trips to course material, learning can happen anywhere.”

Remarkably, the success of these students serves as an inspiration for others, encouraging them to work diligently and reach for their own academic heights. Their scores represent both personal and academic growth during this critical phase of education. The skills and knowledge acquired through the MYP programme will undoubtedly equip them for success in their future academic pursuits and careers.
As the students bask in the glory of their achievements, they also carry the responsibility of being role models for their peers and younger students. Their accomplishments serve as a reminder that hard work, dedication, and a passion for learning can truly lead to exceptional results.
