Apeejay School, Faridabad, celebrates Academic Excellence Day 2026
Meritorious students felicitated for their outstanding academic achievements in a ceremony that celebrated perseverance, dedication and the support of parents and mentors
Recently, Apeejay School, Sector 15, Faridabad, celebrated Academic Excellence Day 2026, honouring students who demonstrated exceptional academic performance and commitment to excellence. The ceremony brought together the young achievers, their proud parents and grandparents, teachers, school leadership and distinguished alumni, creating an atmosphere of joy, pride and inspiration.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolising knowledge, wisdom and the pursuit of excellence. The gathering was then addressed by the Principal, who congratulated the achievers and encouraged them to view learning as a lifelong journey. The address highlighted the importance of curiosity, perseverance and consistent effort in achieving meaningful success.
Adding distinction to the occasion was the presence of distinguished alumni of the school, whose professional journeys served as an inspiration for the students. Mr Inderdeep Singh Oberoi, a Chartered Engineer, Professor of Practice and industrialist, shared the significance of remaining committed to one’s goals while continuously adapting and learning. Ms Ambika Sadhu, a Software Engineer at Amazon, Seattle, brought another inspiring perspective, demonstrating how dedication, knowledge, and determination can help young learners realise their aspirations on a global platform.
The highlight of the celebration was the felicitation of the meritorious students. As the scholars were recognised for their accomplishments, the auditorium resonated with applause and heartfelt appreciation. The ceremony also acknowledged the unwavering encouragement and support extended by parents and grandparents, whose contribution remains an integral part of every student’s journey towards success.

The programme concluded with the vote of thanks proposed by Siddhant Jain of Class X, who expressed gratitude to the school leadership, teachers, parents, grandparents, alumni and students for making the celebration meaningful.
