Apeejay Dwarka Campus celebrates Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia’s Birthday
Students, faculty and staff come together to honour the Chairman and reaffirm their commitment to Apeejay’s vision and values.
Apeejay Dwarka Campus celebrated the birthday of Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Stya & Svran Group, Chancellor, Apeejay Stya University, and Chairman, Apeejay Education, with warmth, respect and enthusiasm. Jointly organised by Apeejay School of Management (ASM) and Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication (AIMC), the programme brought together the Apeejay family to express gratitude and extend heartfelt wishes to the esteemed Chairperson, whose vision and leadership continue to guide the institution and inspire its students and faculty.
The celebration commenced with a message from the Chairman addressed to the entire Apeejay family. Dr. Sajal Mukherjee, Director, AIMC, read the message to the gathering, setting a thoughtful tone for the occasion. The message served as an important part of the celebration, bringing the campus community together to acknowledge the leadership and values that underpin Apeejay’s educational journey.
Students subsequently took the stage to present their tributes, highlighting the humanistic vision and ideals that have shaped the institution’s approach to education. Daksh and Sonakshi presented the first segment, expressing their tribute to the Chairperson. Aryan and Saniya followed with the second presentation, carrying forward the spirit of the celebration.
The student presentations reflected their enthusiasm, creativity and deep respect for the institution and its leadership. Their contributions were appreciated by the audience, adding a personal and engaging dimension to the birthday celebration. The performances also underscored student participation in campus occasions that foster a sense of belonging and strengthen their connection with the Apeejay community.
A significant part of the programme was the reading of the pledge by Dr. Srirang Jha. Faculty members, staff and students took the pledge together, reaffirming their collective commitment to upholding the institution’s values, vision and standards of excellence. The moment highlighted the shared responsibility of the Apeejay community in carrying forward the ideals that guide its educational endeavours.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Tripti, a first-year PGDM student. She expressed gratitude to the President Madam for her message, the Directors and faculty members for their presence and guidance, the student presenters for their efforts, and all participants for contributing to the success of the celebration.
Conducted in a dignified, well-structured and cheerful manner, the programme took place within its scheduled time of 11 am to 12 noon. The participation of the Directors, faculty members and students from both Apeejay School of Management and Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication reflected the unity, warmth and shared spirit of the Apeejay family.
The celebration concluded on a note of gratitude and goodwill, leaving participants inspired and motivated. The occasion provided an opportunity for the campus community to express its appreciation for Mrs. Sushma Paul Berlia and reaffirm its commitment to the vision and values that continue to shape Apeejay’s educational journey.
