At Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri, parents often say that the school’s focus on studies and activities suits their children’s different strengths. Deepa is the mother of Tamanna, a Class 7 student, and Urvi, who is in Class 2. In this conversation, she explains why she chose Apeejay and what she values about the school.

Why did you get Tamanna admitted to Apeejay?

I liked the school, and I especially liked the way studies are handled here. When I looked for a school for Tamanna, a strong academic focus was what mattered most to me, and Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri stood out.

Are you satisfied with the way she is studying at school?

Yes, it’s good. The main thing for me is that her studies are good. There are sports activities as well, so children get a balance of both. In fact she is also excelling at extra circular activities and is independently taking decisions.

Do you feel the school is safe?

She travels by van. Yes, it’s safe. She reaches school and comes back without any worry, which is a big relief for a parent.

What improvements have you seen in Tamanna’s studies so far?

Tamanna is trying hard, and I can see her making an effort. I have also seen good progress in my younger daughter, Urvi, who studies in the same school. It is encouraging to see both daughters moving forward.

Do Tamanna and Urvi get themselves involved in sports and other activities?

Yes, Tamanna is good at sports. She enjoys taking part, and it is an area where she shines. Stage confidence is the one area she is still working on. She is a little shy about going on stage. I would like her to take more initiative. The school gives children regular opportunities to perform, and I hope these will help her grow more confident over time.

My younger daughter Urvi is in Class 2, and she is doing very well. She is active and confident, and I am happy with her progress at school.
