Recognising and celebrating academic excellence serve as a strong motivator for students. The Gyanpeeth Award Ceremony, organised by the Technological Institute of Textile & Sciences (TIT&S), stood as a shining example of this. The event acknowledged Class 12 achievers who secured 75% and above, encouraging them to reach even greater heights.   

The Gyanpeeth Award Ceremony, a prestigious event honouring academic excellence, was held at the Lal Kesar Hotel, Charkhi Dadri. Organised under the patronage of the Technological Institute of Textile & Sciences (TIT&S), the ceremony celebrated the achievements of Class 12 students who secured 75% and above in their Boards.

Graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Professor (Director) Mr BK Behra, Dr DP Kaushik, and the Principal of the TIT&S Society, the event radiated inspiration and pride. Their addresses emphasised the importance of hard work, perseverance, and the transformative power of education. Professor Behra, in his keynote speech, reminded students that “Success is the result of continuous efforts,” stressing that the awards recognised not just academic marks but the values of discipline and vision.

The ceremony began with a warm welcome to all students, parents, guests, and faculty, followed by a captivating cultural performance by students. This artistic touch infused the occasion with energy and showcased the vibrant spirit of the youth. 

More than 50 meritorious students were felicitated with the Gyanpeeth Award, which included certificates, trophies, and gifts as tokens of appreciation. As each awardee walked across the stage, the room filled with applause, creating a moment of pride and joy for the students and their families. There were six students from Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri, who were all girls and were facilitated on the same day.

Dr Kaushik emphasised the importance of character development in conjunction with academic success, urging students to cultivate curiosity and adopt a lifelong learning mindset. The Principal of TIT&S Society acknowledged the crucial role played by parents and teachers in the students’ accomplishments and praised the initiative for fostering a healthy spirit of achievement.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks. The ceremony not only recognised scholastic brilliance but also instilled motivation among all attendees. The radiant smiles on students’ faces reflected their sense of accomplishment, making it a memorable day in their academic journey.
