Apeejay College of Fine Arts secures Overall Championship Trophy at an inter-college competition

The students of Apeejay College of Fine Arts (ACFA), Jalandhar once again proved their talent and creativity by securing the Overall Championship Trophy at Brainstorm, an inter-college competition organised by KMV College. Their exceptional performances across various categories highlighted their dedication, teamwork, and artistic brilliance.

In the competition, Sukhanjot Singh Sohal claimed first place in the Poem Recitation category, impressing the judges with his eloquence and expression. Urvashi and Vansh showcased their innovative recycling skills, winning first place in Wealth Out of Waste with their creative approach to sustainable art. Demonstrating artistic mastery, Grace Arora and Shivanshi Gupta earned second place in Epic Wall, presenting a visually captivating piece.

The choreography team, comprising Komal, Arshpreet, Priyanshi, Param, Kunwar, Gurman, Nitika, Naina, Bhumika, and Gagan, delivered an outstanding performance, securing second place with their synchronised and impactful routine. The Ad Mad Show team, including Anhad Singh, Amani Mahendru, Jaskaran Singh, Shrestha Suri, Varun, Vishnu Bhargav, and Kabir Wadhwa, impressed the audience with their creative advertising concept, clinching second place in the category.

Exhibiting sharp argumentative skills, Shrestha, Vishnu, and Varun secured third place in Aapki Adalat, showcasing their strong debating abilities. In the field of design, Lakshita Mittal and Sukhmanpreet Kaur earned third place in Logoli for their innovative and visually striking logo design. Meanwhile, Jasmeet Kaur demonstrated exceptional artistic talent, winning third place in Brush Rush with her remarkable painting skills.

Congratulating the students on their stellar achievements, Principal Dr. Neerja Dhingra applauded their hard work and perseverance. She encouraged them to continue striving for excellence and making the institution proud. Additionally, she acknowledged the dedication and mentorship of Dr. Monica Arora, Head of the Department of Commerce, along with Ms. Garima Arora, Incharge of MAC Forum, Aman Thakur, Ms. Mehak, and Ms. Rashim, who played a crucial role in guiding the students towards success.
