It fosters open communication, risk-taking, and collaboration. Creating psychological safety is essential for team cohesion and productivity. Here are five ways to cultivate it in office settings.

Encourage open communication: Promote an atmosphere where team members feel free to voice their opinions, concerns, and ideas without judgment. Actively listen to their input, encourage feedback, and respond constructively. Recognise and appreciate diverse perspectives, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Lead by example: Leaders play a crucial role in establishing psychological safety. Demonstrate vulnerability by admitting mistakes, seeking input, and acknowledging uncertainties.
