T20 Triumph in the Caribbean
After a wait of 11 long years, India finally brought home an ICC major trophy, erasing the heartbreak of the 2023 World Cup final with an exhilarating victory over South Africa in the T20 tournament.
Virat Kohli’s stellar form throughout the tournament, Suryakumar Yadav’s unforgettable match-winning catch, and the team’s collective brilliance gave Indian fans moments of sheer ecstasy. Moreover, this victory marked a perfect farewell for coach Rahul Dravid, making it all the more special.

The nation bled blue with joy as the team lifted the trophy and brought smiles to millions of fans.
Paris Olympics 2024
The Paris Olympics was a proud moment for India as the tricolor waved high, bringing home a total of six medals – one silver and five bronze.

Swapnil Kusale added another bronze in shooting, while the Indian men’s hockey team’s third-place finish brought back fond memories of their glorious past. Wrestler Aman Sehrawat clinched bronze, and Neeraj Chopra made India proud once again with a silver in javelin, narrowly missing gold.
These achievements showcased the grit and determination of Indian athletes on the world’s biggest stage.
Paralympics 2024 – A Historic Campaign
The Paralympics was the crowning glory of the year, as India achieved its best-ever performance with an outstanding tally of 29 medals – 7 gold, 9 silver, and 13 bronze.

Avani Lekhara created history by winning two gold medals in the 10m air rifle shooting category. Dharamveer and Parnav Soorma displayed brilliance in athletics, bagging gold and silver in men’s club throw, respectively.
