Young stars shine at Federation Cup Championship 2026

Students of Apeejay School, Tanda Road, Jalandhar, once again brought glory to the school with their outstanding performance at the Federation Cup Singing, Instrumental, Painting, Modelling, and Dance Sports Championship 2026. Demonstrating exceptional talent, creativity, and dedication across various categories, the young achievers impressed audiences and judges alike, adding another proud chapter to the school’s legacy of excellence in co-curricular pursuits. 

The highlight of the championship was the spectacular achievement of the school’s Group Dance Team, which secured first place in the national dance competition. The team delivered a mesmerising performance marked by flawless coordination, expressive movements, and vibrant energy that captivated everyone present. Their remarkable victory not only earned widespread appreciation but also helped the school create history by winning this championship consecutively for several years. The achievement stands as a testimony to the relentless hard work, perseverance, and passion of the students, ably guided by their mentor, Ms Shikha, whose dedication and artistic vision have consistently inspired excellence among young performers. 

Adding further pride to the occasion were the commendable accomplishments of students in the individual categories. Jaskirat Kaur of Class I showcased her talent and confidence with an engaging performance in the Under-8 Folk Dance category and secured the third position. Her graceful presentation and enthusiasm won the admiration of the audience and reflected the school’s commitment to nurturing talent from an early age.  

Another notable achievement came from Hayan Jayarath of Class V, who earned the third position in the 8-10 years Folk Bhangra category. His energetic performance, coupled with impressive rhythm and stage presence, highlighted the rich cultural spirit of Punjab and brought accolades to the school.

The achievements of these talented students reflect the school’s continuous emphasis on holistic education and the encouragement provided to learners to explore and excel in artistic and cultural fields. The school management congratulated the winners and mentors for their dedication and applauded their efforts in upholding the institution’s tradition of excellence at national platforms.
