Participating in competitions is an integral part of a child’s overall development, as it nurtures a wide range of skills and qualities essential for their growth. Therefore, academic competitions play a significant role in enhancing subject knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. One such competition is the National Olympiad Foundation (NOF) Junior, an International animation based online olympiad exam organised for students from pre-primary to grade 5, covering subjects like Math, English, Science, and GK. These competitions provide valuable opportunities for students.

Recently, Aadhya and Krishna Jindal from students of L.K.G. and U.K.G. respectively at Apeejay School, Tanda Road achieved remarkable success by securing A++ grades in the NOF Junior English and Maths competition. This animated online Olympiad was specifically designed to assess the observation skills of young children and allowed participants to demonstrate their analytical skills and attention to detail.

The proud mother of Adhya, Mrs Pardeepika, expressed her joy and excitement, saying, “Adhya applied for the NOF Junior English and Maths Olympiad, and in both exams, she received a merit certificate and a gold medal. She achieved an A++ ranking in the competition. My daughter is a blessed child as well as multitalented, who excels in both studies and extracurricular activities. This exam was an animated test where she had to observe pictures and answer questions. I provided her with a variety of books to enhance her analytical and observational skills.”

Nidhi Gupta, mother of Krishna Jindal, shared her thoughts on her son’s accomplishment. She stated, “He is a very active child who enjoys participating in extra-curricular activities alongside his studies. He has a love for reading books, which has helped him deepen his understanding of various concepts. He thoroughly enjoyed solving the questions in the competition. It was an informative and interesting experience for both Krishna and us, as parents, who guided and supported him throughout the process.”

The NOF Junior English and Maths competition is designed to engage young minds in a playful and interactive manner, allowing them to develop and showcase their observation skills. The achievement of Adhya and Krishna Jindal highlights the school’s commitment to providing a nurturing environment that stimulates young learners’ intellectual growth and development.

The success of these tiny tots serves as an inspiration to their peers and showcases the potential of early educational intervention and support. Apeejay School, Tanda Road believes in nurturing the innate talents of its students and providing them with opportunities to explore and excel in various domains. The school’s dedicated faculty and staff play a crucial role in creating an environment where young learners can thrive and achieve remarkable milestones.
