‘The experience at this school has been amazing till date’
A mother of a student at Apeejay School, Faridabad, says her son has started participating in activities thanks to the teachers here

How has been his experience at school since pre-primary till now?
The overall experience at this school has been truly wonderful and amazing. I am absolutely satisfied with my decision to choose this particular school for my son’s education. The best part is that he loves this school as well.
What made you choose this school for your son?
Choosing Apeejay was driven by a blend of the legacy that Apeejay Education has and the
good reputation it has established over the years. Moreover, I got a lot of positive feedback from acquaintances which solidified my decision to choose this school. Apeejay has constantly
delivered great education and has also offered the right amalgamation of academic and
extracurricular activities. This holistic approach affirmed my choice for my child’s educational
journey.
Is he involved in any extracurricular activities?
He doesn’t take a lot of interest in participating in extracurricular activities even though his
teachers and I encourage him a lot. However, there’s a recent development wherein he has
joined the Sports Guru club, indicating a newfound engagement in sports.
How do you help him study at home?
We have a fixed routine to study for nearly two hours every day. I make him watch YouTube
videos for science experiments and give him examples for better exposure. We also try to do all
the experiments given in the notebook. I help him explore various things either through the
Internet or books. My primary motive is to inculcate reading habits in him.
What are Vihaan’s favourite subjects?
In the realm of academics, my son loves Math. He participated in the Olympiad both last year
and in 2022, showcasing his proficiency in the subject.
Any specific thing that you appreciate the most about this school?
The teachers are very supportive and they always encourage my child to participate in different activities. Whenever anything goes wrong, the teacher always communicates if our son is lagging. It is a collaborative effort of the teacher and the parent to counsel the child. A strategy that is very good to ensure a better future for the student.
What’s your parenting mantra?
I don’t want to pressurise my kid. I want him to explore the best version of himself. I advise him to be creative and artistic. I don’t want to rush him to be competitive. I want him to enjoy his childhood and when he is old enough, I can help him take any competitive exam that he wants to pursue his professional journey in.
