The Primary and Pre-Primary Department of Apeejay School, Noida, celebrated Teacher’s Day in the school auditorium. The event aimed to give students an opportunity to express their gratitude toward their teachers, build their confidence, and appreciate the vital role teachers play in their lives. The celebrations were filled with performances and activities that reflected the deep respect and admiration students have for their teachers.
The program began with a warm welcome by the student council, who expressed heartfelt thanks to the teachers for their continuous guidance and support. Following this, a group of students performed a musical piece, showcasing their talents with various instruments. The highlight of the event was a recitation of “Kabir Ke Dohe” by Class 5 students. The timeless couplets of Kabir, rich in wisdom and moral teachings, were delivered with sincerity, leaving a lasting impression on everyone present.




Adding to the celebration, students performed a lively “Nukkad Natak” (street play) that focused on the themes of respect and the value of education. The engaging performance emphasised the transformative power of education and the crucial role of teachers in shaping society. The energetic acting and relatable storyline captivated the audience, delivering a powerful and meaningful message.
Younger students from Nursery, KG, and Class 3 took the stage with action songs, their coordinated movements providing a delightful visual treat. Their performance echoed the spirit of Teachers’ Day and was met with enthusiastic applause. The celebrations ended with a vibrant dance by Class 4 students, whose energy and teamwork impressed the audience.

On the occasion of Teachers’ Day Mrs Sushma Paul Berlia, Chairman, Apeejay Stya & Svran Group, Chancellor Apeejay Stya University, and Chairman, Apeejay Education shared her greetings and said this:
Dear Teachers,
I wish you all a very Happy Teachers’ Day!
For us, this day is really very special, as the role of teachers in an education institution is paramount. Also, it is an occasion to acknowledge the contribution of teachers in shaping up the youth and the nation, throughout the year.
I would like to commend you all on your excellent work. I am sure that the new challenges that beckon us would be met by you with the same resilience, dedication and determination which you have always demonstrated.
Value-based education including human values continues to be the cornerstone of all Apeejay Education Institutions. The overarching goal is to bring about harmony in the physical, socio-emotional, intellectual and spiritual development of the students. Our campuses not only inculcate a love for learning but encourage an entire way of life rooted in values and wellness, while also keeping abreast with emerging technologies and 21st Century learning. In tune with NEP, our endeavour is to make education more experiential, stress-free and joyful.
Our motto ‘Soaring High is My Nature’ exemplifies the fact that we should never rest on our laurels, as the pursuit of excellence is a never-ending quest, and there are always new skies to conquer.
I am sure that as educators, we are conscious and mindful of the new realities in relevant emerging domains, so that our institutions scale many more peaks of success in the years to come.

The Teacher’s Day celebration at Apeejay School, Noida, was a heartwarming event that celebrated the bond between students and teachers. Each performance demonstrated the students’ hard work and the invaluable support of their teachers. The Principal encouraged students to show gratitude not only to their teachers but also to their parents, who are their first educators. The Primary Incharge reminded students to continue practising the good habits taught by their teachers as a way of expressing their appreciation.
