‘Water Pollution- A havoc to us’: Poem by Ishaan Agarwal, Apeejay School, Panchsheel Park

‘Water, water everywhere

But not a drop to drink’

Can we survive without water?

N, no, no!

Then why are we so careless, callous

And not so cautious

Do we love to waste water?

No! 

But conserving it should be our main order.

 Then why is it polluted?

We must take certain actions undiluted

Factories should be more careful

To ensure clean water, a truth which is the most needful.

So, the need of the hour is to awaken ourselves

And recognize to protect our earth, the call which compels.
