“These competencies provide a distinct advantage by enhancing our ability to communicate effectively, comprehend others more deeply, and lead with confidence, charisma, and seamless teamwork. I firmly believe that in today’s world, soft skills serve as the guiding principle for success, offering a pathway to navigate the complexities of modern life with finesse and resilience,” Dr Kaur shared.
