Kho Kho, a traditional Indian sport that dates back to ancient times, has retained its popularity as a favourite game played in schools across the country. This fast-paced and dynamic sport holds significant importance within the school setting for several compelling reasons.

For the same, Apeejay School, Chakhi Dadri recently had the opportunity to organise an inter-house Kho-Kho match for girls studying at middle school.

The culmination of the kho kho tournament was a testament to the epitome of healthy competition and sportsmanship. The ultimate showdown ensued between Gautam House and Vivekananda House, captivating spectators with exhilarating showcases of skill and unwavering determination.

Despite a valiant effort from both sides, Vivekananda House emerged triumphant, claiming the coveted first position in the tournament. Their unwavering perseverance and seamless teamwork throughout the match were truly commendable, eliciting resounding applause and admiration from the enthusiastic spectators gathered to witness this thrilling display of sportsmanship and skill.

Gautam House, demonstrating exceptional sportsmanship and unwavering resilience, clinched the second position in the tournament, showcasing their remarkable grit and determination throughout the competition.

Following the intense final match, Dr Vineet Vasishtha, the esteemed Principal of the school, took a proactive approach by distributing certificates on the spot to all participants.
