Can you share your overall experience with Apeejay School Noida so far?

The journey started during the COVID-19 lockdown when everything was shut down, and we were confined to our houses. The medium for education shifted to online platforms, but we sincerely appreciate how teachers and the management overcome the hurdles to provide the best education for the kids. The journey with Apeepay so far has been commendable, with proficient learning. We extend our gratitude to each member of the school for making our child’s journey wonderful and fruitful.

How would you describe your child’s journey at the school up to this point?

My daughter’s journey at school has been full of playful yet educational activities. She loves going to school, and there has never been a day where she said she doesn’t want to go. She is excited and looks forward to meeting her friends and teachers. The love and care she has received from everyone in the school, especially the teachers, fill my heart with joy. Day by day, she is growing to be a sensible and responsible child.

What aspects of the school’s environment do you think have positively influenced your child’s development?

Character building is one of the important aspects of a child’s development. The school has set a tone of honesty, kindness, and respect, and the same has been practiced daily through activities held at school. Social skills practiced in school contribute to the holistic development of a child.

Could you tell us about the teaching methods and pedagogies you’ve observed at the school?

The well-balanced curriculum along with experiential learning calls for a big applaud. The teaching methods are well-planned and practical, which helps the students to imbibe that in their memory. Making education simpler with experiential learning helps in fostering creative thinking ability in kids. This aids the students in gaining conceptual clarity and a practical approach.

Are there any particular teaching approaches or techniques that you believe have been beneficial for your child’s learning?

I believe that the school has been effectively imparting education through the best possible techniques available in all fields, be it physical education or social development. The school has designed and conceptualised the use of methods and techniques in the best possible way to give students a more realistic and holistic approach to development.

How does the school encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students?

The various collaborative activities, teaching them reasoning skills, involving equal participation, asking questions, encouraging decision-making, group projects, inspiring and motivating them to be creative, boosting their morale, involving them in brainstorming activities, and most importantly, encouraging them to be fair in all aspects have been the school’s motive to encourage critical and problem-solving skills in students.

Do you think the school effectively balances academic and extracurricular pursuits?

Yes, we firmly believe that the school effectively balances academic and extracurricular pursuits through various activities. The teachers encourage fair and equal participation. The best part is that not only kids and the school but also parents get a chance to be equally involved, which is wonderful.

How does the school create a positive and safe learning environment for your child?

The school has always paid attention to the child’s physical and emotional safety. Teachers and staff have been readily available for them always. Students know they are free to express their feelings and they are valued. The teachers and staff are always open to feedback, which is most important. They are being motivated, and there is a sense of trust among the kids and the teachers.

How does the school prepare students for their future endeavours, both academically and in terms of life skills?

The school empowers students by developing and engaging them in tasks that help them make decisions and choices. They help in developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The school helps and prepares the students to be adaptable in all spheres of life. They help in building effective communication skills through equal participation and involvement. The school encourages kids to be inquisitive, imaginative, and collaborative. They involve kids in adapting to new learning methods, experimenting with new things, allowing them to be creative, and connecting with students globally. They help them to believe in themselves.
