He is already flaunting Chemistry at his fingertips and has memorised the Periodic Table by heart. Meet Amandeep Kumar presently studying in class IV at Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri. In a candid interview, he shares about the handy timetable that helped him structure his study pattern.
How do you feel after receiving the scholar badge?
Receiving the scholar badge filled me with immense happiness and pride, as it was a validation of my hard work and dedication. While I cherish this achievement, it also motivates me to strive for even greater success in the future.

How did you prepare for the exams?
I prepare for exams using a simple yet effective strategy. First, I focus on the main topics with full dedication, dedicating about one-third of my time to mastering them. This approach makes it easier to connect and understand related topics. For example, in Science, Matter and Materials and Water are interconnected. Learning about the composition of molecules in different states of matter helped me grasp why soluble substances don’t take up extra space — they fit into the spaces between molecules. This method of linking topics helps me grasp concepts more effectively. While our books have many examples, I believe this explanation captures the essence of my approach.
What’s your favourite subject and why?
I consider all subjects equally important, but my favourites are Science and English. Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by Science, and I even created a book filled with notes on topics like the Periodic Table, the concept of the mole, atomic structure, and Avogadro’s Number, introduced by Lorenzo Amedeo Carlo Avogadro. My parents never forced me but always motivated me, fuelling my passion for learning.
What’s your ambition?
I have two dreams. First, to become a professional footballer like my idol, Cristiano Ronaldo. Second, to enter politics to create meaningful change. I aspire to build a fair and just society, ensuring equality for every citizen in modern India and beyond. My goal is to eliminate racism, foster industrial progress, and promote a world where no race is seen as inferior. I believe in fairness and equality and hope to start a new era of inclusivity and development. I am determined to achieve these dreams and would greatly appreciate any support, including scholarships, to help me along the way.
How did the teachers help you?
My primary sources of support were my parents and my class teacher who helped me clear doubts and revise effectively.
