Tell us about your interests/hobbies.

I am fond of learning new subjects and reading books. In my free-time, I often listen to music. K-pop is amongst my top picks.

A recent book you read? Your take away from it.

I am reading Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones by James Clear. In one of the chapters, I came across the concept of discipline and how it plays a role in an individual’s life. So, I understood that discipline is essential not only for being a good student but also a good citizen of the society.

According to me, well-being is one of the most essential components of life. It doesn’t mean physical health but also mental calmness. As we grow older, we become more and more weighed down with responsibilities and tend to struggle under the pressure. Therefore, one must start adopting healthy habits early on.

To improve your quality of life, what changes have you made?

On a daily basis, I try to manage my time effectively. I make a schedule of my regular tasks too. A new habit that I have inculcated is journaling. It helps me express my thoughts and emotions. These small changes are helping me in a big way.

Any writing tips for your classmates?

Express your thoughts clearly. Don’t use difficult language.

Your career goal.

I hope to become a lawyer.
