Mr. Rakesh Pandey is the General Manager at Vikas Exports in Manesar. His daughter Swadha Pandey completed her secondary education from West Bengal and has recently joined Apeejay Svran Global School. In a brief interview, the proud father speaks about the various skills and talents his daughter has in myriad fields as well as applauds the school for providing a productive and positive environment to all students. Edited excerpts:

Why did you choose Apeejay Svran Global School over other schools for Swadha’s admission?

When I searched for some good schools in Faridabad, I read great reviews about Apeejay Svran Global School on the internet. I also asked my relatives about the School and their opinion mirrored the reviews I had read. Finally, Swadha  preferred to be enrolled in this School. She liked the School and found all the facilities here, which would help her to unlock her true potential.

Please tell us a bit about Swadha and take us through her progress at school?

Swadha is very interested in Biology and has a good hold over Psychology as well. She wants to pursue Biotechnology as her career. Besides this, she is into Indian classical music and does her riyaaz regularly at home. She can play very good guitar as well. She has a good hand in drawing and has also learned dance. My daughter also owns a brown belt in Karate and she is good in studies as well. So far, I never had to remind her to study. Basically, she is an all rounder.

Are the teachers engaging well with the students?

Yes, they are teaching very well. Swadha praises all the teachers especially her Biology teacher Sunita ma’am a lot. She tells me that the students are helped even by the teachers who don’t teach them.

What is the best thing about the school?

To put it in a nutshell, the School is just perfect. The environment is so productive and positive.

How was the experience of the online classes for Swadha?

She had a very good experience. I would see her sitting in front of the laptop taking online classes everyday. The classes were conducted very nicely by the teachers. They worked very hard. I would even say, sometimes, it didn’t feel that my daughter was attending classes online and not offline. The classes happened punctually, and teachers in the online mode engaged students in various activities and were able to hold their attention so well.

Is Swadha happy to be back at the school, now that it has reopened?

Yes, she is very happy as she gets to enjoy school life, physically.
