A graduate with a passion for media and communication, she credits the university for helping her develop confidence, communication skills, and adaptability. Read edited excerpts:
What are your next goals? Where are you pursuing your masters from?
My immediate goal is to pursue my master’s degree in Mass Communication and further strengthen my understanding of media and communication. I want to continue my studies while also gaining practical exposure to the industry. At present, I am exploring suitable universities and opportunities that align with my career goals. Along with higher education, I want to gain real-world experience and enhance my skills in communication and media.
What are your learning aspirations?
My learning aspiration is to continuously grow as a media and communication professional. I want to improve my communication skills, public speaking abilities, and understanding of the media industry. I believe learning should never stop, and I want to gain knowledge not only through academics but also through practical experiences, interactions, and professional exposure.
I also wish to learn more about digital media, content creation, and storytelling, as these areas are becoming increasingly important in today’s media landscape.
Do you think it’s a good idea to pursue a Master’s degree right after graduation?
Yes, I believe pursuing a master’s degree right after graduation can be a good decision, especially for students who have clear career goals. It allows us to continue our academic journey without interruption and gain deeper knowledge in our field.
However, I also believe that every student’s journey is different. Some may choose work experience first, while others may prefer higher education immediately. For me, pursuing a master’s degree is an opportunity to learn more and prepare myself better for my future career.
What is your future plan
My future plan is to build a successful career in the media and communication industry. I want to continue learning, gain professional experience, and contribute meaningfully to the field.
I aspire to become a confident communication professional who can make a positive impact through the media. In the long term, I want to keep growing personally and professionally while continuously developing my skills and knowledge.
