JEE Main Session 2: Day 1 records 86% attendance

The second session of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 has started on Monday, June 25. The week-long examinations recorded an attendance of 86% on the first day after 1.16 lakh registrations.

Conducted across 402 centres and in 243 cities, the exam was held in two slots on day one, in which 86% students were present in the first slot and 87% in the second.

Ahead of JEE Main exam, National Testing Agency has also released important exam day guidelines for candidates that can be checked on jeemain.nta.nic.in. To get entry inside the exam hall, students must carry a copy of their JEE Main admit card along with a photo ID and a passport size photograph.

The Session 2 exams will continue till July 30.
