The Literary & Dramatics Club of Apeejay Institute of Management & Engineering Technical Campus (AIMETC), Jalandhar successfully hosted an engaging and intellectually stimulating event, “Fluency Face-off: Who’s the English Champion?” The competition aimed to assess and celebrate students’ command over the English language, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, and articulation through a series of competitive rounds.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various programs, including MBA, MCA, B.Tech, BBA, BCA, and B.Com (Hons.). Designed as a team-based challenge, each team comprised three members who competed across four rigorous rounds:

The competition was intense, with students exhibiting remarkable linguistic dexterity and strategic thinking. After a series of closely contested rounds, the following teams emerged victorious:
The event was graced by Dr. Rajesh Bagga, Director of AIMETC, who lauded the Literary & Dramatics Club for organising such an enriching initiative. He emphasised, “Linguistic proficiency in academic and professional success stands important,” while commending the participants for their enthusiasm and competitive spirit. He further mentioned, “Such initiatives not only enhance students’ linguistic skills but also boost their confidence and creativity, preparing them for future challenges.”

The competition concluded on a high note, with students expressing gratitude for the opportunity to test and refine their English language skills. The event successfully fulfilled its objective of fostering a spirit of learning and excellence, leaving participants motivated to further hone their linguistic abilities. AIMETC looks forward to organizing more such initiatives to nurture talent and encourage holistic development among students.
