Apeejay School, Saket, celebrates the spirit of teaching on Teachers’ Day 

On September 5, Apeejay School, Saket, celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm and warmth, paying tribute to the teachers whose dedication, guidance, and commitment continue to shape the lives of their students. The celebration was a heartfelt acknowledgement of the invaluable role educators play in nurturing young minds and building a strong foundation for the future. 

The programme brought together students and teachers in an atmosphere filled with joy, appreciation and camaraderie. Students presented a captivating skit that highlighted the significance of teachers in a student’s journey. Their graceful dance performances added vibrancy to the celebrations, while creative and affectionate titles presented to teachers brought smiles and laughter to the occasion.

One of the key highlights of the celebration was the special presentation by the school Principal, Dr Sujeet Eric Masih, titled Chalk, Choodiyan and Chapters. Through the presentation, he offered a thoughtful and engaging portrayal of the life of a teacher, bringing out the challenges, responsibilities, emotions and fulfilment associated with the profession. The presentation resonated with the audience and served as a meaningful tribute to educators and their everyday contributions. 

The celebration also provided an opportunity for teachers to relax and enjoy a memorable time together. It concluded with a delightful lunch, where the faculty members interacted, shared moments of laughter, and cherished the spirit of togetherness.
