A hidden treasure of wisdom in an unlikely spot

Published

on

While exploring a hillside covered in bushes, I stumbled upon what appeared a hole. Curiosity sparked — could it be the entrance to a cave? Without hesitation, I ventured inside and continued walking.

Finally, I reached a wall, seemingly blocking my path. However, there was an inexplicable urge pushing me to explore further. I approached the wall, running my hand across its surface, until I felt something — a damp, rough texture. Intrigued, I applied pressure, hoping for a secret passage. For a few moments, nothing happened. Disappointed, I turned to leave when suddenly, a faint “clunk” echoed through the air. I spun around and discovered a large metal box.

With anticipation, I carefully opened it, expecting a treasure trove of gold, diamonds, and rubies. To my surprise, there was only a small, delicate book inside, with no sign of treasure. The book turned out to be a journal written in Sanskrit.

As I read its entries, I realised that it held a different kind of treasure — the wisdom of the human mind. It contained ancient verses about self-belief, hard work, and kindness toward others. The more I immersed myself in the journal , the more I understood that this was the true wealth — the greatest riches of all.
