Meet Ms Nitika Passi, proud mother of Saavi Passi, a nursery student at Apeejay Rhythms Kinderworld, Jalandhar. In this candid conversation, she shares her family’s experience with the school, highlighting the nurturing environment, supportive teachers, her daughter’s positive growth, and the confidence she has gained since beginning her learning journey.
How has your experience with the kindergarten been so far?
My experience has been very good. I am completely satisfied with the school. The class teacher is very supportive and caring, and the overall environment is warm and welcoming. As a parent, I feel reassured knowing that my daughter is happy and comfortable at school.
What made you choose this for your daughter?
We were already familiar with the Apeejay family because my elder son is studying at Apeejay School, Model Town. Our experience there was wonderful, so we already had trust in the school. We also looked at other options, but we felt Apeejay Rhythms would provide the nurturing environment we wanted for Saavi.
How has Saavi adjusted to school life?
She has adjusted really well. Earlier, she was a little reserved, but now she has become much more friendly and enjoys interacting with other children. I can clearly see positive changes in her confidence and social skills.
Is your child a fussy eater? How are her eating habits?
No, not at all. She eats everything on her own, and we haven’t faced any issues with her eating habits. She is becoming more independent every day.
Does Saavi enjoy participating in extracurricular activities?
Yes, she does. She enjoys dancing, painting, and playing with other children. She eagerly participates in the activities organised by the school, and we love seeing her explore new interests through these experiences.
How has your experience been with the teachers and school communication?
The teachers are always approachable and available whenever we need them. Whether it is through a phone call or a message, they respond promptly and keep us informed about everything related to our child. Their communication gives us great confidence.
What positive changes have you noticed in her since joining Apeejay Rhythms?
The biggest change is that she has become more friendly, confident, and expressive. She enjoys going to school every day and looks forward to meeting her teachers and friends. It is wonderful to see her learning and growing in such a caring environment.
As working parents, how do you balance your time with your child?
We make sure to dedicate quality time to our children, especially on weekends. Saturdays and Sundays are family time, and in the evenings we spend time playing, talking, and engaging in activities together. Even with work commitments, we always prioritise our children’s emotional and personal growth.
