This father shares why he chose to trust Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, for his son’s education
Parents are usually especially cautious when it comes to admitting their child into Nursery — it’s often the very first step into a formal school environment. Meet Taranjeet Singh, father of Abhajiot Singh, a nursery student at Apeejay School, Rama Mandi.
In this candid conversation, Taranjeet shares what drew him to Apeejay, and why he feels confident about his son’s early years at the school.
What did you like about Apeejay School, Rama Mandi, that made you choose it for admission?
Apeejay is a very old and well-established school, and that legacy really matters to me. The students who come out of this school are well-educated, and that reputation is something that’s been built over the years. The name Apeejay carries a lot of weight — it’s not a new or untested institution, and that gave me a lot of confidence right from the start.
Do you think the teachers are teaching the students well?
Yes, absolutely. From what I’ve observed, the teachers are doing a very good job, especially considering how young the children are at this stage. Nursery is such a delicate age. Children are just getting used to being away from home for the first time. Teachers here have been patient and attentive with Abhajiot as he settles in.
Do you think the teachers are ensuring the safety and security of the students?
Yes. Safety and security are top priorities for me as a parent, especially with such a young child. I do feel that the school has proper systems in place to look after the children.
Q: Are the students being kept up to date with their education, in terms of curriculum and learning?
Yes, they are up to date with their education. The children are being taught in a structured and age-appropriate manner. I feel that Abhajiot is settling in and picking up new things steadily, even at this early stage.
If there’s any communication from the school — regarding updates, activities, or anything else — does it reach you properly?
Yes, it does. Whenever there’s something the school needs to inform us about, the communication reaches us without any issues.
