The Interact Club of Apeejay School, Saket, reaffirmed the values of compassion, empathy and service through a meaningful outreach visit to Pehchaan – The Street School, Noida. The initiative provided students with an opportunity to connect with children from the community, share moments of joy and contribute towards their educational and personal well-being.

The students were accompanied by Teacher In-charge Ms Neena, Rotarian Ms Preeti Jatia and Ms Mansha Mahani. As part of the outreach initiative, the Interact Club members donated a collection of books, stationery items and sanitary napkins, extending support to the children while promoting the importance of education, learning and dignity.

The visit was not limited to donations. The students also engaged the children in a lively and interactive session filled with entertainment and learning. A specially prepared skit, musical performances, dance and a fun quiz brought smiles to the faces of the young participants and created an atmosphere of warmth and camaraderie. Through these activities, the students encouraged the children to participate, express themselves and enjoy a shared learning experience.

The interaction proved to be a valuable learning opportunity for the Apeejay students as well. It enabled them to understand the significance of giving back to society and reinforced the belief that meaningful change can begin with small acts of kindness. The experience also highlighted the importance of being sensitive to the needs of others and contributing towards the larger community.

The visit concluded on a joyful note, leaving the students with cherished memories and a deeper appreciation of the values of kindness, empathy, sharing and service before self. The initiative reflected the Interact Club’s commitment to nurturing socially responsible young citizens who believe in making a positive difference in the lives of others.
