NEET UG Counselling 2025: Complete Schedule Announced

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially released the NEET UG 2025 counselling schedule, and the first round of registration begins on July 21, 2025 via the MCC portal at mcc.nic.in.

Key Dates Overview

Round 1 (AIQ, central & deemed universities):

Registration & fee payment: July 21 – July 28, 2025

Choice filling and locking: July 22 – July 28, 2025 (lock by 11:55 pm) 

Seat allotment result: July 31, 2025

College reporting: August 1 – August 6, 2025 (AIQ reporting deadline: August 12) 

Round 2 (AIQ & State Quota):

Registrations: August 12 – August 20, 2025

Reporting deadlines: Up to August 29 (state quotas), up to September 4 (AIQ/deemed) 

Round 3 (Mop-up):

AIQ: September 9 – September 18, 2025 (last join date Sept 23)

State: September 3 – September 10, 2025 (joining by Sept 18) 

Stray Vacancy Round:

AIQ: September 25 – 29, 2025

State: September 22 – 26, 2025

Final joining deadline: October 3, 2025 

Academic session begins: September 1, 2025 

Who Can Apply?

Only candidates who have qualified in NEET UG 2025 (result declared June 14) and wish to seek admission to MBBS, BDS, or BSc Nursing courses under the 15% All India Quota, central/deemed universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, AMU, BHU, ESIC, or Institution quota seats handled by MCC.

State authorities conduct counselling for the 85% State Quota seats separately, but the MCC schedule still outlines all rounds and joining timelines.

Fill the form and pay the processing fees

Upload necessary documents (NEET scorecard, ID proof, category certificate, passport-size photo, etc.)

Download acknowledgment receipt

Wait for seat allotment, then report to allotted college with original documents
